Mitzvah Day

Congregation Shaarai Shomayim has devoted the day of May 7, 2017 as our day of doing good deeds, for our faith commands us to do mitzvot.

All of us want to help others; but, sometimes it is hard to know how. So, on May 7, we're making it easy for you!

FIRST, take a look at the different mitzvah projects available to choose from,

THEN, sign up to tell us which projects interest YOU the most!

Registration closes April 24, so, don't delay and sign up today. Whether you register as an individual, or as a family, make sure you have transportation arrangements available as most of the activities will take place off-site.

Regardless of the Mitzvah Project you'll accomplish, we will all start our day at Shaarai Shomayim in the Sanctuary. Take a look below about what to expect the morning of May 7: Mitzvah Day.
